We pick you up upstairs at the departure halls, not downstairs. After the baggage belt, go up one floor, through exit F — the revolving door — and cross the zebra crossing to the outer lane.

Where is the taxi when I am picked up at Schiphol?
We always pick you up upstairs at the departure halls, not downstairs at arrivals. After collecting your luggage, take the escalator or lift up one floor, walk to exit F (revolving door) and cross the zebra crossing to the outer lane at Departure Hall 2. The driver pulls up when you give the signal.
How does the driver know when my flight lands?
We track your flight live using the flight number you give when booking. The driver sees exactly when your flight lands and adjusts his arrival time at Schiphol automatically. You never have to report a delay yourself.
Can I call a taxi if I have just landed at Schiphol?
Yes, you can call us directly on +31 85 400 5400 or WhatsApp us. We will then send a driver as quickly as possible. Especially for early flights and at busy times, booking in advance is sensible: then the car is guaranteed to be there.
How long does the driver wait if my luggage is delayed?
After landing we allow 45 minutes of free waiting time — plenty for the baggage belt and customs. If it takes longer, call us: as long as we know where you are, the driver keeps waiting. Without a message, he leaves after those 45 minutes. If your luggage is missing, call us before you report it: +31 85 400 5400.
What does a taxi from Schiphol to Haarlem cost?
A taxi from Schiphol to Haarlem costs €55 in a Mercedes car (1–4 passengers). For a minibus (5–8 passengers) you pay €75. Fixed price including VAT, no surcharges.
Do you also drive from Schiphol at night?
Yes, we are available 24/7. Whether you land at 01:00 or 05:00 — we are ready. There is no night surcharge: the fixed price stays the same, day and night.
Do I have to book in advance to be picked up at Schiphol?
Booking in advance is not required, but it is sensible. Need a taxi right away? Then call us. When you book in advance, we take your exact arrival time into account and track your flight live.
I can't find the driver — what now?
Call us on +31 23 4444 023, the number for problems at Schiphol. The driver will guide you to the right spot by phone, or pick you up at a different revolving door. Your confirmation email also contains the car's registration number, and you will receive a message or a phone call when you arrive.
How soon after landing is the taxi there?
We are at Schiphol no later than 15 to 25 minutes after landing; you can collect your suitcases in that time. If you are travelling on business with hand luggage only, let us know when you book — then we can pick you up sooner.
What if my flight number does not match the date I entered?
Flight numbers and arrival times that do not match the date entered cannot be tracked. Always check your booking confirmation to make sure the flight number and date are correct. If in doubt, call us directly on +31 85 400 5400.
