How long are found items kept?
We keep found items for at least 14 days. After 14 days, unclaimed items are handed in to the police.
I left something at Schiphol itself, not in the taxi.
For items left at the airport (in the terminal, shops or lounges) you need to contact Schiphol Airport's Lost & Found, not us.
Do I have to pay to collect it?
No, there are no administration fees. Delivery charges only apply if you would like the item delivered to your home.
What if the driver does not have the item?
If the item was not found in the taxi, we advise you to report it to the police (0900-8844) and to contact Schiphol Lost & Found if you left it at the airport.
Can I also report it at night?
Yes, you can send a WhatsApp 24/7. We respond as soon as possible — also outside office hours.
