This is an English translation, made in August 2026, of our Dutch cancellation policy. The Dutch text is the binding version; where the two differ, the Dutch wording prevails.

- If your airline cancels the flight, we cancel free of charge — send us your proof.
- In case of serious illness or an emergency, contact us and we will find a solution together.
- Changing the date or time is free up to 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
3. Questions about cancelling
Can I cancel my taxi ride free of charge?
Yes. You can cancel your taxi booking free of charge if you do so more than 24 hours in advance. Contact us by telephone or email and we will confirm the cancellation.
How long before the ride do I have to cancel to avoid a charge?
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a charge. If you cancel between 2 and 24 hours in advance, we charge 50% of the fare.
What does a last-minute cancellation cost?
If you cancel less than 2 hours in advance, or nobody appears at the pick-up address, we charge 100% of the agreed fare. Between 2 and 24 hours in advance the charge is 50%.
Can I change my taxi booking?
Yes. You can change the date or time free of charge up to 12 hours in advance, subject to availability. Contact us by telephone or email to do so.
