What to expect on the day
For a departure, we work backwards from your flight rather than from the driving time. You give us the departure time when booking; we set the pickup so that you are at Schiphol two and a half hours before a European flight, or three hours before an intercontinental one, and we add margin for the morning peak where the route needs it. The driver arrives at your door, helps with the luggage and drops you at the departure hall matching your airline.
For an arrival, we track the flight number. If you land an hour late, the driver arrives an hour later — you do not need to call, and there is no waiting charge. After baggage reclaim you will find the driver in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You also receive the driver's phone number by email the day before, so there is always a direct line if something is unclear.
A return booking covers both legs in one reservation at twice the one-way fare. It is the most common choice for holidaymakers, because the journey home after a night flight is precisely when arranging transport is least appealing. Groups of five to eight travel in a minibus at a single fixed price for the whole vehicle, which is normally cheaper than two separate cars and considerably simpler to coordinate.
