Have a question?

How far in advance should I book my taxi?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For early-morning flights (before 06:00) we recommend 48 hours. Last-minute bookings are possible, subject to availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight live using the flight number you give us. If it is delayed, we adjust the pick-up time automatically. After landing we allow 45 minutes of free waiting time.

Do the fares include VAT and surcharges?

Yes, all fares are fixed and include VAT, fuel and any surcharges. You never pay more than the agreed amount.

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

You can pay in cash to the driver, by card, in advance by bank transfer or on invoice (business customers). State your preference when you book.

Is a child seat available?

Yes, a child seat or baby seat on request, for €12.50 per seat, per ride. If you bring your own seat, there is no extra charge. Choose how many seats you need when you book.

How long before my flight should I be picked up?

We plan the pick-up time based on where you leave from, the time of day and the expected travel time. We allow for traffic and advise leaving in good time. For Schiphol we advise being at the airport at least 2.5 hours before departure.
