A taxi from Haarlem to Schiphol costs €55.00 fixed price for a car (1–4 passengers). For a taxi minibus (5–8 passengers) you pay €75.00. This is an all-inclusive price including VAT — no surcharges for luggage, early trips or traffic jams.
What does a taxi from Beverwijk to Schiphol cost?
From Beverwijk you pay €70.00 (car, 1–4 pax) or €90.00 (taxi minibus, 5–8 pax). Fixed price, including VAT.
What does a taxi from IJmuiden to Schiphol cost?
From IJmuiden you pay €72.50 (car) or €92.50 (taxi minibus). Fixed price, all-inclusive.
What does a taxi from Hoofddorp to Schiphol cost?
From Hoofddorp you pay €52.50 (car) or €72.50 (taxi minibus). This is the shortest trip to Schiphol — Hoofddorp is right next to the airport.
What does a taxi from Zandvoort to Schiphol cost?
From Zandvoort you pay €70.00 (car) or €90.00 (taxi minibus). Fixed price including VAT and all costs.
Are there extra costs for early morning or night-time trips?
No. Our fares are always fixed, regardless of the time, day or season. No night surcharges, no weekend markup, no holiday rate.
Is a taxi to Schiphol cheaper than parking?
Yes, for trips of 3 days or longer almost always. Three days of parking at Schiphol P3 costs about €66. A return taxi from Haarlem costs €110 for the whole car — for 3 or 4 people that is cheaper per person than the train and parking combined.
What does a return taxi to Schiphol cost?
A return trip (there and back) from Haarlem costs €110 (car). You can arrange this in a single booking. On the return trip we track your flight live and are ready and waiting on arrival.
Do you charge for waiting time in the event of a delay?
No. Waiting time in the event of a delay is included free of charge. We track your flight live — the driver automatically adjusts the arrival time at no extra cost.
Booking & Cancelling
How do I book a taxi to Schiphol?
Booking online via amstaxischiphol.nl/en/book takes less than 2 minutes. You can also call 085-400 5 400 or send a WhatsApp message to +31 6 11645043. After booking you immediately receive a confirmation email.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours in advance. For early flights (before 06:00) we recommend 48 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible via 085-400 5 400.
Can I change a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip. Contact us by phone or email and we will adjust everything right away.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. See our cancellation policy.
Do I receive a confirmation after my booking?
Yes, immediately after booking you receive a confirmation email with pickup time, address, price and driver information. The day before your trip you receive a reminder.
Can I arrange there and back in one booking?
Yes. Via our booking form you choose a return trip. You enter the date and time of the return flight and we plan everything for you. On the return trip we track your flight live.
Service & Driver
Do you pick me up at my home?
Yes, we pick you up at your front door. Provide your full address when booking. The driver will be right in front of your door at the agreed time.
How am I picked up at Schiphol?
We pick you up upstairs at Departure Hall 2. After baggage reclaim, take the lift or escalator up one floor, take exit F (revolving door) and cross the zebra crossing to the outer lane. The driver drives up on your signal. You also receive the driver's phone number by email.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. We track your flight live using your flight number. The driver automatically adjusts the arrival time. You pay no extra waiting costs.
What if my flight lands early?
If your flight lands early, we also try to have the driver arrive earlier. In the event of an earlier landing, contact us immediately using the phone number you received.
Does the driver help with my luggage?
Yes, the driver helps you load and unload your luggage. For heavy or numerous suitcases, please indicate this when booking.
Do you also drive at night and early in the morning?
Yes, available 24/7 — also for flights at 03:00, 04:00 or 05:00. No extra costs for early or late trips.
Can I make calls or work during the trip?
Yes. Our drivers drive calmly and respect your privacy. Making calls, working or just resting — all perfectly fine.
Vehicles & Groups
What kind of cars do you use?
We drive comfortable passenger cars (1–4 pax) and spacious taxi minibuses (5–8 pax). For business trips we use a Mercedes E-Class or V-Class.
Can we travel to Schiphol as a group?
Yes. Our taxi minibus seats 5 to 8 people including luggage. One fixed price for the whole group — cheaper than several separate taxis.
Is there room for large suitcases or ski luggage?
Yes. For ski luggage, golf bags or a lot of suitcases you can mention this when booking so we plan in the right vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Yes, for children from 0 to 12 years. Provide the number of children and their ages when booking.
Is wifi available in the car?
Wifi is available in our business vehicles. Ask about this when booking or mention it in the requests field.
Airports
Do you also drive to Rotterdam Airport?
Yes. A taxi from Amsterdam to Rotterdam The Hague Airport costs €95 (car). The trip takes about 60–75 minutes.
Do you drive to Eindhoven Airport?
Yes. From Amsterdam this costs €110 (car). Travel time about 90–110 minutes via the A2.
What does a taxi to Brussels Zaventem cost?
From Amsterdam €195 (car) or €265 (business). All-inclusive, no toll costs. Travel time about 2.5–3 hours.
What does a taxi to Düsseldorf Airport cost?
From Amsterdam €210 (car) or €285 (business). All-inclusive, no extra costs for Germany. Travel time about 2.5–3 hours.
Do you also drive to Schiphol if I live in Amsterdam?
Yes, we also drive to Schiphol from Amsterdam. Request your fixed price via the booking form or call 085-400 5 400.
Business
Can I receive an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Via our business service you receive an invoice with company name, VAT number and all trip details. Contact us via info@amstaxischiphol.nl.
Do you offer business accounts?
Yes. For companies that use our services regularly we offer monthly invoicing and fixed business rates. Request a quote via 085-400 5 400.
Can you pick up foreign guests at Schiphol?
Yes. We pick up your guests upstairs at Departure Hall 2 — exit F, across the zebra crossing to the outer lane. A widely used service for companies with international clients or business partners.
Do you also drive to conference centres and event venues?
Yes. We drive to Amsterdam RAI, AHOY Rotterdam, conference centres and other event venues. Request a quote for tailored event transport.
